15 SEP: SKINNY DIP ROASTERY

Dean and Ben from Skinny Dip Coffee kindly reached out way back to offer their support and this month, we were finally able to take them up on their offer. They volunteered their time and know-how at their coffee shop and roasters at Skinny Dip HQ in Studio L1H so TPPTG trainee, Harry went on down to learn the ropes.

The opportunity to practice and perfect barista skills in another working cafe is invaluable and has proven so beneficial within our training program and this time was no different.

The Skinny Dip Coffee team have a great training history with a community ethos, and they primarily source coffee from plantations that support women's worker rights including access to fresh water and sanitation, land rights, fair wages, family planning and wellbeing.

We are so grateful for all of our community supporters doing the very same to help build confidence and knowledge within our cohort of 18-24s facing barriers into work.
