THIS WEEKS SPECIALS FROM JESSICA LEAH. We are so pleased to have Jess's specials on the boards all this week.

- Qassatat! Maltese pastry pockets with a choice of fillings - Irkotta (ricotta) or Piżelli (spiced pea).
- Torta Tal Marmurat - A chocolate, almond and kumquat torte.

Jess was kind enough to come in yesterday (Tuesday) afternoon and work side by side with our trainees - sharing her knowledge of Maltese culture and food as well as teaching them how to make the traditional Maltese Qassatat & Marmurat.
