9 DEC: JAKE NORMAL

 

Jake Norman, formerly of Ottolenghi Test Kitchen and St John and currently at Updown Farmhouse, is creating a three-course dinner, cooked and served with our trainees and, based on his vast experiences at all of these incredible venues.

The menu will include meat and fish and we are afraid we cannot accommodate allergies or dietary requirements for this event.
